Group Training
No one wants to work-out alone. Group training involves a small cluster of individuals. It features high intensity intervals used to reach your target heart rate for maximal efficiency. Group sizes are limited to a 4 person per group maximum. Sessions will last for up to an hour and are offered as a discount.
Individualized Training
Looking for some professional help getting your body and health to your desired goal? Individualized Training is private one-on-one training which includes a personalized workout regiment, nutritional tips for diet, and progression tracking with a bi-weekly consultation (optional). Sessions are forty-five minutes to an hour long full of handpicked exercises to help you see the results that you are looking for.
Consultations
Have you ever just needed some advice on your lifestyle choices involving health decisions? Or do you want to spontaneously check your progress? When you receive a consultation you will receive an assessment workout and/or discussion of improvements. Dietary habits, sleep, and problems areas will also be evaluated.
